June. Industrial Logistics Incorporates under Texas Corporation Laws.
July. Our first large scale order was expedited to Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVDSA).
September. Order expedited to Tereftalatos Mexicanos with a total purchase over 1 million US.

1997

February. First order expedited to Colombia. Empresa Colombiana de Petroleo (Ecopetrol)
Sales over 2 million US.

1998

June. Industrial Logistics, supplied an order to Petroleos Mexicanos “PEMEX” AKAL-L and AKAL-B for over 5 Million US.

1999

March. Succesfully expedites orders to Chile and continues doing business with Venezuela and Colombia.

2000

Industrial Logistics is now accepted within the Houston Minority Business Counsil and recognized as a company reliable and capable to do business with the US Goverment.

2001

February. Ribbon cutting of new headquarter corporate office.

2002

IL is recognized as a trusted and preferred vendor for DuPont Companies.
Received the Excellence in Service Award from the company Chemical Flour.

2003

March. IL purchased 50% of a Mexican Company named LAVISA an establish PVF distributor In Mexico.
September. LAVISA was owned in full by Industrial Logistics.

2004

March. Major strategic move as Industrial Logistics turns into INDUSTRIAL LOGISTICS GROUP.
Group now conforms: Industrial Logistics, LLC, LAVISA Logistics, Industrial Logistics Transport Inc.

2008

Sales of over US 16.5 million
Combined Group sales of LAVISA and Industrial Logistics of over US 29 million.

2009
